The group will meet to discuss what they would like to do and hope to do painting sessions as well as artists' workshops with local artists. So bring your ideas and questions to the meeting to the teen zone. All are welcome.

Meet the Birds

Arcadia Bird Sanctuary & Educational Center is involved with the community by educating children about birds and their habitat. The coordinator, Terri Jones, invites everyone to come learn about these birds. She brings Cockatoos, African Greys, and Macaws with her from small to large, with their strong personalities. Some can talk, dance, and even do clever tricks she has taught them!

Please note that all Branch storytimes will be held on Friday mornings. Ages 2-5 with parent/caregiver. Early literacy fun is not limited to the Main Library. The Bayshore, Lincroft and Navesink Branches each hold a weekly storytime featuring picture books and a craft. Branch storytimes are an opportunity to join your neighbors in sharing the joy of reading.
