The library website will have a one hour maintenance shutdown on Sunday, 4/24 from 10:30am - 11:30am. The website will be running again by 12pm. The library will be closed on Sunday 4/24 for Easter.

Teens and tweens will meet the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month from 2-3:00 in the teen zone to discuss young adult titles. The group will be led by a teen with minimal assistance by the teen librarian. The group will choose the book that they will discuss. Bring a book that you've already read to share with the group. All welcome.

Tween Tuesdays are a chance for kids ages 8-12 to get together for a craft, hanging out, play Wii and board games while enjoying some light refreshments. This program normally takes place the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month in the community room from 3:30-4:45.

Storytime@the Library Branches


Hen reading to her chicksPlease note that all Branch storytimes will be held on Friday mornings. Ages 2-5 with parent/caregiver. Early literacy fun is not limited to the Main Library. The Bayshore, Lincroft and Navesink Branches each hold a weekly storytime featuring picture books and a craft. Branch storytimes are an opportunity to join your neighbors in sharing the joy of reading.
