Tuesday, April 5th 7-8pm Independent Readers "Read To A Dog" is a great way to improve the literacy skills of children. It encourages children to read by providing non-judgmental listener in furry friends. Children will read to a dog for ten minutes. Location: Children's Room Quiet Reading Area. Teens and tweens, ages 8+, are invited to bring their legos to the community room the first Wednesday of each month from 4-5:30. You'll work together to make an original creation. Light refreshments. Also, the second Sunday of each month from 2-3:00, there is a drop-in lego program being held in the children's activity room. Space is limited and again, bring your own legos.
