Music for a Wednesday evening is back with pianists James and Brian Register. This concert series is in partnership with the Monmouth Conservatory of Music. Brian, 21, and James, 23, have been piano students at the Monmouth Conservatory of Music since they were each five years old. For the past 10 years, they have trained with Vladislav Kovalsky, the Conservatory’s Executive and Artistic Director, a concert pianist of international renown, and a Steinway Artist. Brian and James are juniors at Rutgers University, studying literature and music, and will continue their musical training in a master’s program in piano performance and conducting. They plan to have a career together in classical music. The Registers are life long residents of Middletown.
They will be performing the following pieces:
SCHUMANN Kreisleriana opus 16
CHOPIN Ballade No. 4 in f minor, op. 52
SCHUBERT Military March No. 3 (for four hands)

 Please note that all Branch storytimes will be held on Friday mornings. Ages 2-5 with parent/caregiver. Early literacy fun is not limited to the Main Library. The Bayshore, Lincroft and Navesink Branches each hold a weekly storytime featuring picture books and a craft. Branch storytimes are an opportunity to join your neighbors in sharing the joy of reading.
