Residents of all northern Monmouth County towns are welcome at the Middletown Main Library for internet service, recharging electronic devices, and free hot coffee. The library is open 9am-5pm Monday-Saturday, 1pm-5pm Sundays.
The Middletown Township Public Library Main Branch, 55 New Monmouth Road, 732-671-3700, is open today, Sunday, November 4th, from 10am to 5pm. We welcome everyone in the area to use our services.
We have electricity and heat. Customers can use electrical outlets to recharge electronic devices.
We have free internet connections. We ask customers to limit usage to two hours to give everyone an opportunity to use our computers. All fines and fees are waived for today.
Monday, November 5th, the Main Branch will open at 9am as usual. The library will close at 5pm every night due to the county-wide curfew until further notice due to County imposed curfews. Activities for childrens and teens will go on as scheduled through Sunday, November 11th. The Book Club Potluck Supper, scheduled for Monday, November 12th has been cancelled. The Director's Book Discussion Group is rescheduled for Friday, November 9th.
The Lincroft Branch on Newman Springs Road will be open from 9am to 5pm Monday-Friday November 5-9, 2012. These are special hours for this week only. Story time will take place at 10:30 am on Friday November 9th, as usual. The Navesink and Bayshore branches are still closed pending restoration of power.
